With good people skills, an understanding of the production and technical knowledge you might be astonished at what can be achieved. I always strive to get the best audio on any production but also know how to communicate potential issues/ fixes in simple terms so we can all get on with our day, good humoured and stress-free.

Born and raised in Gisborne, New Zealand, my passion for sound has been life-long.
From early days performing, recording and providing live sound for underground bands, to achieving my sound engineer degree at Alchemea to my current position as a location sound recordist, my practice is constantly evolving.
From low-budget short films, to high budget advertisements, I approach every project with care, love and a desire to achieve the greatest possible outcomes.
I work with a diverse range of clients and endeavour to attain a deep understanding of the requirements of the project, prior to beginning work.
I am proficient in the use of ProTools, Reaper, Davinci Resolve to name a few.

When I’m not working you can find me geeking out over audio gear, clicking heads in some obscure first person shooter or sleeping under a tree in the back country with the bare essentials, a bicycle and sometimes an audio recorder.
